Shipping Locations
This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally and we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Delivery Times
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Order handling time: 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time: 5–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated delivery time: 8–10 business days total.
If any unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order.

We use trusted carrier partners including DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping across the United States with no minimum order requirement.
Product Availability and Condition
We ship only brand-new products and ensure items listed on our website are in stock. In rare cases of delays or stock issues, we will contact you within 24 hours.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-functional product, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
For multiple recipients, please place separate orders for each address.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Address Changes: You have 24 hours to correct an incorrect shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible.
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once in transit, cancellation is not possible.
