At Aploix, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

30-Day Easy Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team will assist you throughout the process.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Costs
For Defective or Incorrect Products: There is no cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective in any way.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If the customer orders the wrong item or no longer wants it, the customer pays the actual return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are not accepted if the customer changes their mind after purchase unless the item meets our general return conditions.

How to Return an Item

  2. Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documents.

  3. Send It Back: Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorization email. Use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.

Return Approval Requirements
Products are eligible for return or replacement only if:
• The product is new, unused, and has original labels and packaging.
• It is not a special-order item or marked as non-returnable.
• The item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
• You notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
• You provide required evidence. For damaged items, photos of the product are needed. For non-functional items such as machines, a video is required.

Refund Process
Inspection: Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email confirming the refunded amount, the item(s) refunded, and the payment method credited.

Refunds If Package Does Not Arrive
If your package does not arrive within the delivery timeframe stated on our Shipping Policy, contact us at support@aploix.com.
We guarantee delivery or a full refund.
If your package has not arrived within 7 business days from the shipment date, we will verify with the carrier and refund your order in full.
If you prefer, we can also send a replacement package at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected time:
• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company.
• Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Damaged or Changed Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 30 days by emailing support@aploix.com.
If you provide video evidence during unboxing showing the product was defective or broken on arrival, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring the product to be returned.
